Meetings
When: 7:30pm (Usually once a month - see schedule below)
Where: Basement of the William Jeanes Memorial Library, 4051 Joshua Rd. Lafayette Hill, PA (north of Germantown Pike)
At our meetings we form letters dealing with legislation, workplace discrimination, and information about the position of candidates, events, and other current actions. We also discuss our main topic of the meeting. Meetings are for educational purposes and open to the public.

Topic: Chapter 30 Anniversary Celebration, Improved Chapter Website & 2009 Plans
The election of chapter officers will be followed by a time of shared memories, improved website and 2009 plans.

Topic: Results of Nov. State Ballot Initiative Attacks to Limit Reproductive Freedom
We will discuss the results of Oregon, South Dakota, California, Colorado and Missouri ballot initiatives
and future plans.

Topic: Anti-Affirmative Action Initiatives &
Legislation to Improve the Health & Lives of Minority Individuals
What do the anti-affirmative action initiatives on the Nov. ballots in four
states seek to eliminate? What does "The Health, Equity and Accountability
Act of 2007 which Amends the Public Health Service Act" include to help
improve the lives of American Indian, Alaskan and other minority
individuals? Learn more about these two issues.
